I'm Lee

When I started on my Ayurvedic journey, it was all about my health issues, about healing myself.

 

I have suffered from gut issues and seasonal allergies most of my life. I was underweight as a child but in later life I have struggled with being overweight. One day, constipated, the next loose stools, and the constant acid reflux that would start up shortly after eating.

Ayurveda helped me to take charge of my health issues. I learnt how to change my diet to suit my individual digestion, daily and seasonal routines to bring my body back into balance and good health. I’m a work in progress, but the improvements are huge so now I want to share this Information with you.
